Girls Weekend Las Vegas.....

Venturing off with 10 girls to Las Vegas is no easy task.  Dinners, Clubs, Poolside Cabanas and Shopping can really get exhausting.  So I decided to take a backseat and allow the others to take the drivers seat.   With their effort, we had a plan.  Who knew that we would be dining and clubbing at the hottest hotel in Vegas, the Cosmopolitan.   It was the place to be and be seen (if only 20 years younger).  Well our Friday Night dinner at Janeo was an 8-10 course meal that wouldn't stop.  Unfortunately, we wanted it to stop because the food was just 'not good'.  I forgot to take a picture of the 2000 calorie fried cheese croquettes served in a Spanish tennis shoe.  Yep, a shoe was sitting right next to my fork.  I get that they wanted to add creativity to their restaurant but come on... a shoe on my dinner table.  Anyway, the dinner was full of great conversations with the girls.  Then off to the hot new club, Marquee.  This venue was big.  Over 60,000 square feet with a claimed multi million dollar sound stage.  Packed-in like sardines, we could hardly find space to dance.  However, still a great people watching scene.  Thank goodness there was a Dayclub  roof top level.  Complete with Bungalow Lofts, cabanas and infinity pools.  Wish I took a picture as I would love to replicate that rooftop off our master bedroom.  The clock struck 2:00 am and we knew it was our calling to return the nightclub over to the rightful owners - 5,000, 22 year old girls in the shortest tightest dresses purchased from the store 'Forever 21'.

Bouchon

The next day started off with a quick workout and then a great brunch  at Thomas Keller's Bouchon.  This two hour lunch was so wonderful, I didn't want it to end.  But moving on to drinks at the garden water level of the Wynn was not too shabby.
Until next time, Vegas.......
